Superlife is an iOS app that keeps your health records, lab results, and measurements together in one place, and answers your questions about them in chat.
How to get help
Email us at support@getsuperlife.com. We read every message and usually reply within 2 business days. Include the email address you use to sign in, so we can find your account faster. Never include medical details you are not comfortable putting in an email; we do not need them to help with account or app issues.
Common topics
- Subscriptions and billing are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device's Settings, under your Apple account. We can help you find the right screen.
- To delete your account and its data, open Settings in the app and choose Delete account. You can also contact us at the email above from the address you signed up with.
- Connected health systems and wearables can be managed inside the app. If an account stops updating, email us and name the system.
