Terms of Service
Last updated: August 7, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Superlife app and website. Superlife is operated by Invezo Finance Inc, a Delaware corporation doing business as Standard Code (“Standard Code”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Superlife, you agree to these terms.
Superlife is not medical advice
Superlife helps you organize and understand your health information. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it does not provide medical advice. What you see in the app is information about your own records, not a clinical judgment about them.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical questions, and never delay seeking care because of something you read in the app. If you think you have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to hold a Superlife account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add and for keeping access to your device and account secure.
Records belonging to other people
Superlife is built for families, and you may use it to hold records belonging to someone else — a parent, a partner, a child in your care. If you do, you confirm that you have that person’s permission or the legal authority to act for them, and you are responsible for honoring their wishes about their own information. If they ask that it be removed, contact us and we will help.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Superlife — including attempting to access other users’ data, reverse engineering the service, using it to build a competing product, or using it for anything unlawful.
Your content
You own the information you add to Superlife. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it in order to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy — and nothing more. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not use it to build or improve products for anyone else. We own the app, its design, and its software.
Subscriptions and payment
Some parts of Superlife require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the App Store or Google Play, not by us, and they renew automatically until you cancel. We never receive or store your payment card details.
You can cancel at any time in your Apple or Google account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, and we cannot issue them ourselves. Prices may change, and we will tell you before a change affects a renewal.
Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account. Your records stay until you delete your account in Settings or ask us to delete them.
Disclaimers and liability
Superlife is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated answers can be wrong or incomplete — verify anything important against the original source. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars.
Termination
You can stop using Superlife and delete your account at any time, in Settings or by asking us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we each consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms as Superlife evolves. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Superlife after that means you accept the updated terms.
