These terms govern your use of the Superlife app and website. By creating an account or using Superlife, you agree to them.

Superlife is not medical advice

Superlife helps you organize and understand your health information. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical questions, and never delay seeking care because of something you read in the app. If you think you have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Superlife. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add and for keeping access to your device and account secure. You may only record conversations where you have the legal right to do so.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Superlife — including attempting to access other users’ data, reverse engineering the service, using it to build a competing product, or using it for anything unlawful.

Your content

You own the information you add to Superlife. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it in order to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We own the app, its design, and its software.

Disclaimers and liability

Superlife is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated answers and notes can be wrong or incomplete — verify anything important against the original source. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using Superlife and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as Superlife evolves. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Superlife after that means you accept the updated terms.
